COOL CITRUS BASIL SOAP
Specialty soaps are our focus here at Sunscapes Soap Shop. For example, to the green portion of this pure and natural bar, we added ground basil. Let me explain why. The basil acts as a gentle exfoliant to remove your body’s dead skin. Also, it contains vitamin C that boosts the metabolism of your cells. Next, to the clay portion, we added pureed Aloe Vera leaf. Not only that, we then added Lemon Powder to the golden layer for some added zest and cleansing power. Additionally, we added lemon-citrus fragrance oil to act as a light astringent too.
Because, this bar has exfoliating, astringent and deep cleansing properties, we wanted some extra-moisturizing for you too. Thus, we added in pure Buttermilk for a smoothe and spa-like bar of soap. This bar is perfect for all skin types and we know you are going to be a big fan of this unique soap. Also, for your pleasure, we have a complete line of “All-natural” and “Goats Milk – Milk Based Soaps ” for you to enjoy.
This listing is for “One ” COOL CITRUS BASIL SOAP

- Coconut Oil:
The anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties of coconut oil and its components could help treat acne. Alternatively, it has also been shown to help treat eczema, a skin condition characterized by scaly, itchy rashes.
- Olive Oil:
Olive oil contains vitamins A, D, E, and K. It’s naturally high in squalene, an oil that mimics your skin’s natural sebum. Also, it’ll leave your skin barrier extra smooth and soft, and it’s also full of antioxidants that work to fight environmental skin damage.
- Avocado Oil:
First of all, Avocado oil is rich in fatty acids and is excellent for moisturizing the skin. In addition to vitamin E, it contains potassium, lecithin, and nutrients that can nourish and moisturize the skin. Also, it has anti-inflammatory effects, which can help to reduce the redness and inflammation associated with acne.
- Rice Bran Oil:
Rice bran oil has the potential to promote hydration, reduce pigmentation, even out skin tones. Likewise, it even helps diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles too. These skin benefits of rice bran oil are largely attributed to the high level of vitamin E, vitamin B, omega-9, a rich array of fatty acids.
- Shea Butter:
Shea butter is a tallow-like substance used as a moisturizer, skin smoother and inflammation reducer. It also aids the skin’s natural collagen production. Finally, it contains oleic, stearic, palmitic, and linolenic acids that protect and nourish the skin to prevent drying.
The lactic acid in buttermilk makes a great exfoliant. Using buttermilk regularly can reduce fine lines and lighten age spots too.
